We have deepened partnership ties with Chenlu area in Shuangliu Street and Zhouhe area in Xinchong Street of Xinzhou District. By thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of these paired areas and focusing on the "Five Initiatives" objectives, we have introduced contract farming and promoted new infrastructure construction to create a dual-model "Red-Green" exemplar for rural revitalization.

Additionally, through initiatives such as the "Golden Autumn Action" and "Spring Festival Action" for consumption-based poverty alleviation, we have purchased a total of 150,000 RMB worth of agricultural products. These include goji berry drinks from Bole City, as well as eggs, grapes, smoked meats, and other goods from designated assisted agricultural units. These efforts have significantly boosted household incomes and increased collective revenue for the supported villages.

We actively respond to public expectations for corporate social responsibility by extensively engaging in community-focused volunteer services.

We mobilized our primary-level Party organizations to hold themed Party Day activities at the grassroots level, disseminate Party theories to the frontlines, and deliver heartfelt care to the community. Initiatives such as neighborhood clean-ups, policy lectures, donation drives, and elderly visits were actively organized, accumulating over 100 service hours. These efforts fostered heart-to-heart connections and zero-distance interactions between Party members and the public.

During the early 2024 low-temperature freezing rain and snow event in Wuhan, we mobilized 273 Party members, cadres, and employees to participate in de-icing and snow removal operations. They cleared 48 roads, fully supporting traffic resumption and work resumption efforts.

We have thoroughly implemented national policies and directives on veteran employment, actively taking on the responsibility of creating job opportunities for veterans. By continuously improving working mechanisms and enhancing service quality, we have recruited nearly 10 veterans in 2024, injecting new vitality and momentum into the company's development.

Additionally, we have leveraged the labor demands of its ongoing park construction project to publish job opportunities specifically targeting the paired rural areas under the "State-Owned Enterprises Partnering with Villages" initiative. One forklift operator position has been posted and recruitment is actively underway, providing local employment opportunities for villagers and further supporting income growth through job creation.
